23 out of 208 schools started in Haveli taluka
Opposition from parents of the English medium; Due to lack of tests, Marathi medium was not started.
Khadakwasla, 23rd: Out of 208 schools from 9th to 12th in Haveli taluka, only 23 schools i.e. 11% schools were started on the first day. The number of Marathi medium schools was high while the number of English medium schools was low.
As Haveli taluka is near Pune city, Pimpri-Chinchwad today, there are more English medium schools than Marathi medium in this area. This area also includes English medium schools of reputed educational institutes in the state.
In Wagholi, Manjari, Narhe, Loni-Kalbhor Mangdewadi area of Haveli taluka, till now, more patients of Korona were found 14 thousand 401 people were killed in the taluka today. This number is equal to the number of patients in some districts.
"School management committees in English medium schools near the city have held parent meetings. They have passed a resolution refusing to send them to kindergarten schools. Therefore, English medium schools could not be started. "Many teachers have not been screened for coronation. Therefore, some schools have not been started. The number of school starts will increase after the teachers are checked." This was stated by Ramdas Walzade, Group Education Officer, Haveli.
