Minorities should get the post of Deputy Mayor

There is a BJP-Republican alliance in Pune Municipal Corporation. The post of deputy mayor has been allotted to the Republicans. Last time Dr. Siddharth Dhende was given the post of Deputy Mayor. The post of group leader was given to Sunita Wadekar and the post of standing committee member was given to Himali Kamble. So now Farzana Sheikh is the only minority corporator of Ripai. Therefore, some office bearers of Ripai have demanded that he should get the post of Deputy Mayor this time.

By giving the post of deputy mayor to the minority community, the BJP can get an opportunity to make this social convergence.
