Kasarsai dam

Located near Hinjewadi, the dam is a beautiful place for a person to spend a peaceful morning. The water and the premises are extremely clean unlike the condition of other dams around Pune. There are small eateries around the lake which can provide you with a cup of chai and a plate bhajis. The best time to visit the dam is at dawn and dusk.
Mr Sharma who frequently visits the place says, “This place gives a chilled out vibe. I come here on weekends just to sit and chill, perhaps read a book. I work in IT and we have to spend our whole day in offices, in front of laptops and now zoom calls. So spending some time here offers peace to the mind.” 
The condition of roads to the dam can be improved but one can easily reach the location.
