Diwali dawn at Mahesh Vidyalaya

Kothrud, 13th: Alumni of Mahesh Vidyalaya Semi English Medium School in Kothrud celebrated Diwali Pahat online on the occasion of Dhantrayodashi. The concert of the song 'Swarasangam' started with the hymn 'Nandi'. Abhang, Gavalani, Bharud, Kirtan, devotional songs, bhav songs, patriotic songs were celebrated.

The introductory speech was made by Anagha Joshi-Gumaste. Rajesh Vaidya, Mridula Joshi's melodious singing was accompanied by Aryan Bharekar, Soham Vashivale, Durga Gunjal. Former chairman of the school committee Balaprasad Bajaj and Sachin Mantri were present on the occasion. Coordinated by Principal Janhvi Ajotikar.
Ajotikar said that during the Corona period, various activities like Environment Day, Palkhi, Democracy Day, Teacher's Day, Reading Inspiration Day, Mahabhondla were conducted online in the school. The aim was to inculcate our culture in the students through various programs. The use of modern technology was adopted by the students as well as the parents.
