Meteorological Department indications of declining rainfall

The sky was partly cloudy throughout the day in and around Pune city. Light showers were also present in some areas. As a result, the minimum temperature hovering around 40 degrees Celsius was recorded at 33.9 degrees Celsius, 2.3 degrees below normal. The weather was forecast to be cloudy in the city next Wednesday with thunderstorms and rain showers in the afternoon, the department said.
