The Municipal Corporation took action against a four-storey building illegally constructed in Santnagar area of ​​Lohgaon. The building was demolished on Friday. Unauthorized construction has increased significantly in the area on city roads. On the one hand, the planned development of the city and smart Pune is happening, on the other hand, due to untimely attention to unauthorized constructions, four to five storey constructions are taking place in the area. While carrying out such constructions, the construction is being done without the legal permission of the Municipal Corporation. As a result, consumers who buy flats at cheaper rates buy houses without any inquiry and fall prey to fraud.
