Giving Community - Ankur Pratishthan's initiative

Kothrud, 25th: For the last twelve years, Ankur Pratishthan has been providing useful items collected by the citizens to the needy social organizations.
Items are accepted by appealing ten days before Diwali. More than three lakh different types of goods arrive every year. It contains a large number of items such as refrigerators, washing machines, computers, laptops, music systems, utensils, glassware, toys, books, furniture, clothing. The items collected this year were distributed at Karvenagar by Pune Mayor Murlidhar Mohol and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh team driver Ulhas Joshi.
Kuldeep Sawalekar, president of the organization, said that many people want to help the society but it does not have to be financial. We can do it even in the form of small items and it benefits organizations.
Approved Member &. Mitali Sawalekar said, "You can give anything from a small safety pin as there are many organizations in rural areas which are difficult to get help from."
The assistance was given to Sarvodaya in Khopoli, Donate-Aid in Mulshi, Sevadeep near Shirur, Infant India in Beed and Barshi, Solapur, Hemalkasa, Shivne and Guruvarpeth in Pune.
And for this event. Prachi Bagate, Ramesh Chavan, Sameer Tade, Jagdish Dingre, Pradip Joshi, Shripad Gohad, Sanjay Warpe, Prashant Bankar, Atul Galange, Anika Pathak, Bidkar, Saroj Joshi, Suniti Joshi were present.
