Mouth watering just hearing the name Bombil. Bombay Duck (Bombil) is a popular fish found in Mumbai waters. Crispy and brittle on the outside (when fried) and soft, almost crusty on the inside. This seafood will definitely satisfy your appetite.
Bombil Thecha Fry Fish is a special dish served at Curry Rice. Where the bombil is crushed and then fried. It gives a nice crunchy and moderately spicy taste. The joke is that when we go to the fish market, the smell of fish wafts through the dried bombs.
