Stop begging for fees- MNS warning

Kothrud: The MNS has sent questionnaire to the educational institutions which are harassing the students and parents for school fees and has warned to take action if the institutions do not stop harassing them for the fees.

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena's Kothrud division president Shashank Amarale said, "Even though the schools have not started, we have received complaints that parents are being harassed for paying fees." There are also many questions about online education. We have an objection to it as unnecessary fees are being charged. In particular, what does the term fee constitute? This question has not been answered satisfactorily. We have warned the educational institutions not to let the time of going on agitation come upon us.

In the letter given to the educational institutes,  we have asked questions like- when did you start giving online classwise education? How many times a week do classwise online classes take place? Why are you asking for a full-fee even though you are not conducting full-time school? Why should one pay for the facilities that are not provided or are not used by the students? Do you pay teachers their full salary?  Such questions have been asked.
