2 years back, when it was my first day on my parent's fruit stall, I was amazed watching the people demanding for Guavas more than any other fruit.
My parents are selling fruits since 20 yrs, and they have marked their place for stall at the right spot, where there is high chance for attracting customers.
Khadakwasla dam and Panshet is the right place to visit in winters and 9-5 jobbers of Pune, prefer to visit such tourist spots on every Sunday. 
This year due to pandemic, we saw a major drop in the sell of Guavas and other fruits, but at weekends, we at least get the satisfied number of customers which eventually fills our weekly backlogs.
One should eat Guavas in winter because there's high chance of getting the right benefits and quality in the month of November and December.
