Grain discontinued if Aadhaar is not linked to ration card

it is mandatory to get the mobile number and Aadhaar siding of all the beneficiaries in the ration card of National Food Security Scheme and Antyodaya Food Scheme by 31st January 2021. If Aadhaar siding is not done, the beneficiaries will not be given foodgrains from February 1, grain supply officials said.

The Central Government has instructed to complete the mobile numbers and Aadhaar siding of all the beneficiaries in the ration card of National Food Security Scheme and Antyodaya Food Scheme 100 per cent. The total number of beneficiaries of National Food Security Scheme and Antyodaya Food Scheme in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad is 13 lakh 32 thousand 871 and the base of 10 lakh 61 thousand 822 (79.66 per cent) beneficiaries has been sided. All the members of the family registered in the ration card should take the Aadhaar card and go to the concerned Rastbhav grain shop and complete the KYC verification.
