Mayur Colony, 7th: As soon as the lockdown took place, the underpass of Dr. Narayan Vishnu and Nanasaheb Dharmadhikari under the pound road at Kinara Chowk near Vanaj Company was closed. Citizens are flocking outside for shopping. Metro work is also underway on this road. As there is no signal at Kinara Chowk and the subway is closed, the citizens have to cross the road with their lives in their hands. The subway constructed at a cost of lakhs of rupees was closed with locks. Crossing is becoming dangerous. Demand that the subway should start as soon as possible
