Dattanagar Chowk needs traffic police

Former corporator Shankarrao Beldare Patil has demanded that two traffic policemen be posted on the Rajmata Jijau subway near Dattanagar Chowk in Katraj. He made the demand on the backdrop of permanent traffic congestion on the Duttnagar subway as work on the bypass road from Katraj to Navale bridge is underway.

This route is being used by the citizens of Katraj, Ambegaon Budruk, Ambegaon Khurd, Jambhulwadi, Kolewadi. Therefore, they have demanded that police be appointed to remove the traffic congestion here.
