Better quality grapes in Market Yard

Two to two and a half tons of sweet juicy grapes arrive in the fruit market in Market Yard every day. Black jumbo and Green grapes from Sangli district are arriving from Baramati, Phaltan and Indapur. In the next few days, the influx will start from Tasgaon area of ​​Sangli district. 

In the wholesale market, jumbo (black) grapes fetch Rs1,000 to Rs1,300 per 10 kg, while green grapes fetch Rs900 to Rs1,100 per 10 kg, said trader Arvind More. Also the quality of grapes is better this year as the weather is good.
