Hey guy! Made these Healthy and delish Savoury Mushroom Crepe’s which were made using whole wheat flour , you can also use Buckwheat flour or Normal Refined flour whatever is available to you , mixing it with eggs and milk till you get a nice and smooth batter ! And A filling of sautéed veggies (Onions , Garlic , bell peppers , diced cabbage and mushrooms of course) tossed in salt, pepper & a touch of paprika.
And I topped it with the most creamiest Mushroom sauce , that was made by making a simple roux and adding milk and mushrooms and boiling it for 20-25 mins and finishing it with some cream (that’s optional!) ! I love how it turned out , so satisfying and a good light & healthy meal With almost no oil used and making use of veggies of your choice to stuff inside the CREPES , this makes for a great healthy option!
